Borrowers must:

  • be 18 years of age or older or be 12-17 years of age and have a custodial parent permission slip (slips are available at the information desk).
  • have a library card from a Mid-Hudson Library System member library that has no fines, fees, lost or overdue materials.
  • be familiar with the e-Reader loan policy
  • fill out and sign the e-Reader Loan Agreement (PDF)
